USELESS EMPLOYEES
I sent documents to Transunion, no reply, after 20 working days when I phoned they inform me I need to log a dispute first, so log the dispute and wait, when the dispute is "RESOLVED" you find that they don't even know their own system and only do a portion of the work. These people working for Transunion are totally uninformed/untrained for their work. I don't know what they are doing there other than *****ing the companies money by earning a salary without doing any wor****!
