Useless dispute resolution department

I'm trying to lodge a dispute regarding "missed payment" on my credit report without any success. The telephone number for dispute rings, voicenote says OTP number will be send. No OTP number sent and the number just drops. No dispute resolution funtion at TransUnion. Their number is useless
