Useless credit bureaus

I had followed up with compuscan regarding an accoint which they removed from my compuscan credit report. The account in question is for a capitec 6 month loan which is up to date and finishes end of october. When i inquired by compuscan why the account is no longer refelecting i was told that transunion gave thwm the instruction to remove the loan. Compiscan refuses to reinstate saying i need to contact transunion who gave them the instruction to remove the strange thing is that the account reflects on my transunion report. So i need someone from transunion to contact comoiscan and resolve this.
