Useless Credit Bureau - TransUnion

I was under debt review and have been removed as of 11 September 2019. Paid up letters and the clearance certificate were sent to Transunion and other credit bureaus on the same day. Two months later my credit profile with Transunion still says that I'm under debt review. I'm not sure if the accounts that I paid off are still reflecting or not. I would not be surprised if they still are. I cannot get credit from certain institutions because of this. Other institutions who use other credit bureaus were able to offer me credit because my profile did not state that I'm under debt review.

Frankly this company is useless. The process of clearing me should have taken 21 Days. I'm surprised that most big banks still use them.

I still think these guys are pathetic. I called in the morning and fortunately I was told that my Debt Review status was removed. But like I said there were accounts which were still reflecting as open. When I told them that they were closed and I need that updated, they said they to log a dispute which will take approximately 5 working days and I must fax my ID and Proof of Address. At this point I told the lady that I faxed the documents the previous days but she insisted that I must send them again. This is when I lost my temper. I cannot understand why these people are so difficult. Pathetic is the only word I can use right now to describe them.
