Useless credit bureau

Its been almost a year that I asked you to update and change my log in details. I've sent the document that was required but yet no email or sms stating that I can log in again. I blocked my account because my surname was still on my ****en surname and I couldn't remember my login details either. Please sort out my account so I can see what is happening on my report
