Useless bunch!

I had a dispute logged in August 2019 for an account that had been paid in April of 2019. I sent proof of the paid account. The credit report has still not been updated.

According to the call centre agent it has been cleared but my latest credit report still shows as outstanding.

I am beyond frustrated as I am trying to apply for vehicle finance and keep getting declined because of incompetence of people who are not trained properly.
