Useless and untrusted organization

I have been waiting for them to unblock my account for the past 2 months, I have sent all the documents they requested but still no one have attended to me (the worst thing I have been calling everyday and with my airtime not water), now I feel unsafe as I am not too sure whether my personal Documents were received by them or these strange companies I have been receiving calls from lately.
