Useless agents and business

Useless agents, firstly they have all sorts of addresses under my name and they say i have failed a verification test! they have addresses of places i never stayed in! Where do they even get such information is they say they are reputable as the claim?

no wonder they get hacked, clearly, they systems are useless.
