Useless

I am still receiving notifications that my name has not been cleared. I settled my accounts in full in July 2025, and received paid-up lettet for all accounts settled. I spoke to more than one agent who advised it shouldn't take more than 2-months to be cleared from my name. This is extremely frustrating!
