Useless!!!!

I have been struggling with Transunion for 4 weeks now just so that they can do a update om my account!! I wasnt handed over for blacklisting of bad payment!!! Nobody there seems to help or care!! They worse then the government!! I cant get my car because of them!! I need transport urgent!!! i need to get to work and back and my kids need to get to school and back!!! Every time i phone they have a different story, and then they tell me i need to log on to there system to see if my account has been updated!!! I don't have R80 to pay every time to see id transunoin has done and update!!! They dont take the time to listen to your story and try to understand and am very very sure they misunderstand what am trying to tell them. I really wish i can speak to someone that know what the hell is going on there!!
