URGENT REQUEST TO CLOSE OFF MY LOAN ACCOUNT

I have called and got taken from pillar to post. I have paid up my African Bank loan account and I received a paid up letter. I called African Bank to update my profile but they are delaying and one of their consultants said I can contact Transunion myself with the paid up letter so that the profile can be updated as paid up.

I am in the process of securing a bond and my bank advised me to have these loans updated on my credit profile. This is quite urgent. I am desperately in the process of buying a house. Please assist me to update this debt as paid up!!!
