Urgent: Request for Credit Report Update Following Debt Review Clearance: FNB account
The clearance letter was sent on October 13th, confirming the resolution of my financial obligations.
Despite the successful conclusion of the debt review, I have noticed that the payment history for both FNB and MBD which is ABSA credit card account, has not been updated accordingly. This oversight is significantly impacting my credit score and, consequently, hindering my ability to access credit facilities.
I kindly request your immediate attention to rectify this situation by updating my credit report to reflect the accurate and positive payment history. This is crucial for my financial well-being, and the delay in updating this information is causing undue stress and inconvenience.
