Urgent: Debt Review Status Still Not Removed by TransUnion

I have been trying to get my debt review status removed, and despite my debt counsellor sending all necessary emails and documents, TransUnion has still not processed the update. All credit bureaus were able to update this information faster. This delay is completely unacceptable.

My debt counsellor have provided everything required, including Form 19, ID, Proof of Address, Paid-up Letters, Clearance Certificate, and the updated NCR status, yet my credit profile remains unchanged. Emails go unanswered, and when I call, the staff members seem clueless and keep running in circles instead of providing real assistance.

How long does this process usually take? And if a company continues to delay such an important update, where can a consumer escalate the matter to ensure it gets resolved? Would appreciate any guidance from the community.
