Upset

I called trans union on the 24th of July to unlock my account so i can view my free report. When i called the lady who helped me, recommended i take the once off fee of 321 to get a monthly report. I agreed but after 10minutes i changed my mind and called for the charge to be cancelled. The guy who helped me said it has been cancelled. Today i got just got notification that the amount was debited off my account I want it reversed immediately
