UPdating my Profile

Hi All

I have written to ITC-Trans Union to update my ITC profile since i have Edgars in full and requested them to update my profile and send me the proof but till now i have got anything from them.

I have been calling and none of the guys i spoke to could help and my profile is still not active.

I m so disapointed with this useless Trans Union, i have sent the me all the documents to show them that i have paid it in full but they cant help me on their side.
