Updated report not received

<p>On the 29th September 2016 I bought an annual credit report but I did not receive it, nor did I receive a refund. Everytime I call to ask what's happening they claim not to any payment of R319.00 on their side. On the 3rd October I was told to email my bank statement and copy of ID which I did, to this day I have not receive any update on my query</p>
