Updated credit status

I have sent through all relevant documentation and a clearance certificate to get my name I flagged from debt review,I have sent it multiple times to ***,I havnt received any feedback, reference number,in fact no correspondence whatsoever,I am in desperate need to purchase a vehicle,and worked my ass off to get my name cleared,I was promised feedback a few weeks ago,yet nothing! It’s ridiculous
