Update of my rage profile

Hi my name is Patricia Mo***eng, I had an account With rage and I pay the account I have sent letter of payments to trans Union,I it is in like three months since I’ve done that and there was no positive reply I have checked my account but is Ray still appears is an outstanding of that amount I got back to rage. Ask them to do something on their site so that this account could be positive and what is the reflectors negative not have a problem I want to buy house so now I cannot do anything with that account still in areas can you please guys assist
