Unsolicited robo calls

I have an account with Transunion, and on that account in the settings it has a tick box that says " I want to receive news and information on products to help me manage my debt better." THE BOX IS NOT TICKED Why do you contact me via robo call when is clearly states do not contact. I am also listed as a no contact with the direct marketing association. Remove me from all of your contact lists!!
