Unresponsive Service and Locked Profile Preventing Basic Account Detail Updates

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service and response received regarding a very basic request to update my personal details.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve this via phone, email, and WhatsApp, there has been absolutely no assistance or meaningful response. I urgently need core information on my profile corrected, including my marital status, which still incorrectly reflects as “married” even though I have been divorced for 10 years.

In addition, my contact details are completely outdated and inaccurate, yet there appears to be no functioning process to rectify this. To make matters worse, my profile is now even locked, and I am still receiving no response or assistance whatsoever.

It is unacceptable that a simple update of personal information cannot be actioned or even acknowledged properly, especially when the account is effectively inaccessible.

This level of service is frustrating and unprofessional, especially when customers are expected to ensure their details are up to date, yet are given no effective channel to do so.

I am requesting urgent attention to this matter and proper correction of all my personal records, as well as immediate assistance to unlock my profile.
