Unpleasant cusomer service

I have tried to call many times to Trans Union Customer Care to get assistance on my Profile, i lodged a dispute last year(2018) in August and since then i have not been able to get my credit report or score or nothing, i even went as far as paying for a credit report a once off fee but still nothing.

And everytime i call they tell me its becuase of the dispute they are not done and when i call again someone will say they will follow up and come back to me because it should have been sorted already. Still to date nothing.
