Unhelpful Lazy consultants

Transunion please fix your call centre your consultants are horrible,I’m struggling now for a month just to unblock my online account you female consultants puts me on hold to check my ticket and they simply just don’t come back to the phone I have phone numerous times every time the lady puts me on hold to check my ticket and never returns back to the phone what gives. please hire consultants that actually want to work and help people.
