Unhelpful

Out of the numerous times I've called I can only recount one or two agents who appeared eager to assist. The rest are blatantly rude, and insist you tell them what you need help with before providing any details.

To also take up 20 days to resolve a dispute is ridiculous considering the nature of my dispute is an easy fix. They don't respond to emails as well.

I can only imagine its work dynamic to be that in comparison to a lot of personal chit chat and trying to avoid work where possible.
