Unhappy

I submitted my dispute on the 2021-03-31, the reference number is TU*** and on the sms it also stated that it'll be resolved within 20 business days. On the 17th April 2021 received an sms saying my documents were received then no feedback until I called last week Thursday and the consultant who was assisting me sounded so rude and not keen to assist me, she told me that my dispute is on day 6 so I should just wait for an sms saying my query was resolved. It's been almost a month and 2 weeks since I submitted my dispute but there's no update or nothing. When I check on 'mytransunion' website it says it's still in progress. I don't understand why they give us clients 20 days turnaround time knowing very well that they take longer than 20 days.
