Unfair Treatment of Client

I dispute dispute my credit report on the 19th of March 2020, after writing a review on hello Peter last month they contacted me asking for my ID number then never responded to my complaint. I called them and spoke to Octavia who told me that her Team Leader will call me back and I never received any call, she refused to give me complaints procedure saying they don't have such. My complaint hasn't been resolved still
