unfair treatment

Hi, ITC said i did not make payment yet they did debit the money then they say i must send proof of payment and i did but they did not respond or say anything only to find that they put me under administration because they did not make their debit in the month of januarie they don't even say anything to me no phone call SMS or email then how am i supposed to get hold of them i don't know. this is not fair and ********* to give a **** service then drag someone's name through the dirt then say nothing to them.
