Unfair service!

My credit score has significantly dropped, by 35 points to be exact. From 805 to 770. I have spoken to one of consultants to enquire the reason for adjusting my credit score as i have not app**** for new credit recently or attempted to do so. The conultant said they will log a query with the scoring department and i should get feedback within a few hours. This is yet to happen. I need clarity why my score has been adjusted as i have done nothing that could influence such a drastic score drop. It's unfair an unacceptable that none of the consultants could provide an explanation and no one has contacted me to explain or clarify reason for score drop. Furthermore, I notice my employer information seemed to have been updated recently, and there's no answer why it was updated. I worked and continue to do so to ensure my credit profile remains in very good standing. My hardwork and sacrifices cannot be undermined like this. I want my credit score to be rectified
