Unfair ITC Listing

Unfair ITC listing I had a balace of R900 which I paid up in November 2019 and was sent a paid up later , yet the balance is reflecting as arrears on my ITC and it's negatively affecting my ITC. Sent all my documents to ITC, XDS and avon so they can sort this out but no luck. Been trying to get a bond and the bank cant approve me because of this balance that I paid up long ago I tried everything I could to get this balance updated as paid with no luck
