Undue delay in closing my personal loan account

I get sent from pillar to post as I seek to have my debt cleared. On Monday Lynn & Main attorneys sent an email with an instruction to close my Standard Bank Personal Loan (Acc no: ***) as it has been fully settled. I am in the process of securing a bond and my banker is doing me a favour but this account has to be updated as a matter of urgency!!!! I cannot afford to wait a day longer, please update this account as fully paid up and settled, my family depends on this. Please.
