Under Debt Review

Good Day,

I'm writing to dispute a charge of being under Debt review & sequestrated on my credit profile as indicates by Capitec and other institutions. The charge is an error and i was out of sequestration for years now. I'm requesting that the error be corrected as it affects me getting certain credits and affecting my score as a result getting high Interests. I have asked the NCR to check and it was confirmed there is no such under my name and have the document to prove such.
