Uncontactable and don't their job

They are impossible to get hold of, I have been waiting months for then to verify my Fica documents and grant me access to my account . When ever I call them they tell me to email my documents through or fax them and after I do both still nothing gets done, I am trying to get access to my account to dispute a judgement that should have been removed a year ago as the account was paid up over 2 years ago, this is directly affecting me buying a home due to them not doing their job properly and the bank has confirmed they need to remove this judgement as it is paid up for me to move forward with my bond application

This is an appalling business
