10 Nov 2021, 14:27According to Section 73,Regulation 17 of NCR act states that the retention period of adverse information listed(default) is 2years ,however,to my suprise the accounts which were supposed to be removed a long time ago still appears in arrears but they were closed before.Please assist as I would like to start over,been waiting for too long for this.
