Unattended Disputes
I been requesting for Transunion to update my credit and personal information since 12 March 2020. I keep sending emails upon emails, with no reply. when I call the call centre they claim that they cannot assist me with changing my details. They have my marital status us Married, and I have never been married. my Phone number is incorrect, and some of my credit information is incorrect

15 Mar 2021, 16:47Since the matter has been escalated, they haven't resolved it or try to contacts me. This just shows how our information is poorly handled by the Credit Bureau, Who can now trust that their ratings a correct and a true reflection on one's credit status?
