Turnaround time

Good day<br> <br> I submitted my paid up letter on the 3rd of September to have a judgement against my name removed from my ITC profile. On the 16th i received an email and was advised to send my ID to the email address: [Email Removed] within 5 working days. I responded to the instructions on the email on the very same day.<br> <br> On the very same email received, I was advised that my query will be investigated within 7 days. I app**** for a car and was declined due to the judgment still reflecting. I am also in the process of applying for a building loan. <br> <br> When I called the call centre today, I was adviced on a turnaround time of 21 days. From all communications received from transunion there was no mention of 21 days. The only number of days mentioned were 5 and 7.<br> <br> I would appreciate if transunion can urgently assist with an urgent update to my ITC profile. Or a letter to the supplier advising that my profile will be updated.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Tumi<br>
