TU*** need up date with proof of updated report

i logged a dispute with Transunion and now, they didn't update me after 20 working days then i have to call them, now they told me that the account is removed however i needed the proof but they told me that i have to purchase it, i think Transunion should updated me in writing for the out come and sending me the proof with the updated credit report.
