TU doesn't want our business!

How am I supposed to transact (even buy any of TU's products) or do anything on TU's website if they never send the OTP to login, despite many attempts to do so??? NOTHING - no response whatsoever, not even via any of their other ways of contacting them, not even a phone no or email!! And to think that they have our personal information that they share WITHOUT PERMISSION with other organisations, violating POPIA n the process! I don't think they are trustworthy!
