Trying to clear my name

I have been trying to clear my husbands name from Transunion since the beginning of February. I have sent numerous emails since then and have paid to see my husbands credit record. Their is a judgement on his name and I was given a paid up letter from the Dr and a recission of judgement as this account was paid in full in 2012. I was told by Transunion it would take 2 weeks to clear and it has now been one month. I am fed up with their service.
