Trying to clear my credit

<p>I paid my accounts that I owed early March of 2017 and got paid up letters then enquired with the bureau as to how does one clear their name,so I made a dispute and was told it takes a couple of days for them to look into it thereafter I head nothing from them ,but got an email some time from a Langa Madonsela stating that he apologizes for not getting back to me on time which I accepted,yesterday I called the customer care and was helped buy a Nompumelelo who went into my profile and told me that it has been updated except for one account I logged into my profile and it's still the same.</p>
