True Identity package is ****************

I purchased the True Identity package from Transunion on the 3rd August, some time later (16th of Aug) I app**** for a bond through Nedbank and was pre approved. I did not receive an alert. When I followed up with Transunion, they knew nothing about this as there was no enquiry on my profile? How?

I am not happy with this, when I purchased this product they told me that they could detect activity on my name in the dark web and block it, but they cannot even detect activity in the normal web?

The cherry on the top is, when I asked for a refund because I paid for a full year, they told me they cannot refund me, but they can cancel the product if I am not happy
