Tranunion is dissapointing!

What a struggle to firstly change my password. Now I am just trying to communicate them and that ****** voice prompt system is so confusing and error strewn that I am wasting airtime trying to get support. I am wondering what the actual benefits are having TransUnion because at the moment I am seeing none. There are free serviuces offering more info and better support.
