Transunion's Incompetency to Help INNOCENT VICTIM

My husband recently discovered that there is a massive amount of debt on his name (R670 000) after applying for vehicle finance.

The only way to resolve this issue would be to contact Transunion who would be able to check any debt allocated to him. Please note that he has NO debt! Only a house bond with Standard Bank. He has a prepaid cellphone (no contract), no credit cards, no clothing accounts, NO DEBT...!!! He has phoned Transunion to try and straighten out the matter and after explaining his situation he was asked to answer security verification questions, like. How long do you have to pay off your West bank account....His answer: I have no debt... with any institution. NO DEBT!!!! Question 2: Which of the following clothing accounts have you closed in the last two years? Answer: I have no clothing accounts. I haven't had debt in 12+ years!!!!! Question 3: How long have you lived in Kemptonpark. Answer: I don't live in Kempton park. I have lived in Boksburg in the same house which is financed by Standard Bank for the last 20 years....

Their response to me: Sorry sir you have failed our security test and can't give you assistance. My LORD....Is this even real!!!??. Can I be asked such crazy questions as security verification... surely they are impossible to answer.

Seeing that I failed the impossible task of verifying my identity I have to send via email a copy of my ID and proof of residential address to *** .Only to be told that it will take 15 days for any form of response. All he is trying to do is to find out why he has massive amounts of debt on his name and trying to buy a reliable family vehicle. DEBT that he is completely unaware of. PLEASE HELP. It's like mission impossible.
