I have sent a paid up letter for the third time for myself but no one every responds if they received it and when my record will be updated?????????????????

Its so confusing because I will have to log a dispute soon cause you guys never monitor your emails. Where should I email you?

I still have not received any feedback from Transunion. I pay a yearly fee and yet they cannot ever help me with any issues
