Transunion won't update my report.

I pay an annual amount to Transunion so that I can check my report every day. Since the beginning of April everything has gone pair shaped. My report won't update. And due to the public holidays so many of my debit orders came off way to early. So my credit report score dropped. The last time it updated. Why are computer's getting the last word. Nicole Bromilow
