TRANSUNION WONT UPDATE MY DETAILS

ref TU*** - A VERY UNHELPFUL CONSULTANT who refused for me to speak to a manager. feels like Im just being pushed around. I cant seem to fathom why info sent from debt rescue to Transunion in June 2022 is not updated. when I called last week to follow why my profile is not updated, I was told info was needed about DHS. I have done everything i need to be debt free, transunion has ALL THE INFO but cant explain why my details is not updated. it is shocking that the incomepetency is across the board. I call all the time, most times i cant get through and when i do i get **** feedback.
