Transunion where terrible service is the order of the day

Tried contacting the Transunion contact centre four times today. Not a single agent cared about my query and once I question them they put the phone down on me.

Transunion's customer service use to be good but now it is juts plain terrible.

I have been a client of yours for years and now your service is making me absolutely despise your brand.
