TRANSUNION website not accepting Passports

I have a challange with Trans union about credit reports. I am a Zimbabwean living and working in South Africa why is it that when I need a credit report I have to do it manually like sending my details on email whilst some people simply go online and see their report. There are millions of immigrants who are professionals and business people in this country but big companies make it difficult for us to access services. Why is it so hard just to upgrade your systems so that passport holder are able to access these services like any other people. We contribute to the economy of this country so much but we are always reminded that we don't fit anywhere. The companies that accept us are so small like clearscore but banks and loan companies do not use them. This is a set back to African unity and community integration of all Africans in business circles. Please Trans Union it only take an upgrade to your system.
