Transunion waste of time and money

Would not recommend trans union membership to anyone. Its a total waste. I app**** for a vehicle only to find out that reason for decline was that I had a negative listing. I pulled reports from all the creditberues.

All my reports was perfectly up to date except trans union.

I phoned trans union because I could not get an updated report from them without paying 300 and something membership.

I took out the membership and I noted that I had an account listed on trans union which has not updated more than 6 months ago. Dispute was raised on 8th of march. I submitted all my other credit reports to back my claim that this listing is outdated. 20 days waiting period passed. I phoned them and I was told they need a paid up letter. Got the paid up letter emailed it through along with credit reports from the other berues. No response.

Now tell me I have sent emails to customer support and the dispute centre. How the hell do I get trans union to do their job. I can't get a car because they refuse to do their job.

All evidence has been sent . I don't know what's the problem. I wish all companies could use experian and there I can dispute for free. Transunion took my cash for nothing
