TransUnion useless bots

Poor poor service. I have been subscribed to their services however do not need it anymore and need to cancel my subscription. The call center and WhatsApp options are operated by USELESS robots. I cannot get assistance to cancel, this is convenient for them to proceed debiting for a service I do not use! TransUnion needs to put humans in place and remove their useless take on technology
