Transunion - Unhelpfull unless they *****ing some one over

A ********** company recently listed me on Transunion as a default payer. i was taking this company up however to try and clear my record i paid the amount they requested. i did receive a paid up letter however this is still not being cleared off transunion. i have been calling and calling and trying on their site as well to look a dispute however all i am getting told is that their systems are down. this has been happening for over a week now. i also got confirmation that another account has sent information through for updating and this has also not be done. its amazing how a place like Transunion can put some ones life on hold due to bad records but when you do try and sort things out then they cannot help you. is there any place in South Africa that doesnt want to ***** you over anymore.
