Transunion & their BS

I app**** for my free credit report in Feb 2018 only to get the absolute worst runaround from Transunion. They mentioned that I needed to send them proof of residence and because of my bad credit record it's needless to say that I do not have any active accounts as I am trying to settle my outstanding debt.

I asked if my payslip would suffice as proof of residence and the gentleman I spoke with on that day assured me it would be ok. I even got a reference number ********** ********** 92 I was told to wait 21 working days I would get the report.

How disappointed was I! Not only was the report not ready but after calling endlessly to find out what the hold up was I was sent from one clueless idiot to the next.

From Mpho, Gameel, to Antonio all of them clueless. Only to get a response two months later that the proof of residence was unacceptable.

All I wanted was my freakin report and not one person was able to help. Somewhat frustrating because I'm trying to be responsible to receive the no help.
